Tommy Bates and Boldi Frecsko have been close friends for years. At some point we both realised we were genuinely good at building things on the internet — not just technically, but in a way that actually works for businesses.
What really pushed us to start Apex was watching founders get quoted thousands of euros for websites that should cost a fraction of that. Agencies charging 3k, 5k, 8k for work that takes a skilled team a few days. It felt wrong.

How long does it actually take?
5 business days from the moment the deal is agreed and the brief is confirmed. Day 1 is kickoff, Day 5 is launch. We move fast because it is just Tommy and Boldi — no layers of management, no handoffs. Your project gets our full attention from start to finish.
Why is it so much cheaper than other agencies?
No office. No account managers. No junior staff. No outsourcing. You are paying for two experienced people who do the work themselves. We removed all the overhead and passed the saving directly to you. The quality stays the same. The price does not have to.
Who exactly builds my website?
Tommy Bates and Boldi Frecsko — the two co-founders, personally. Boldi handles all design and development. Tommy manages the project and is your direct point of contact throughout. We never outsource. Your website is built by the people you spoke to.
What do I need to provide to get started?
Not much. Your logo if you have one, any photos or content you want on the site, and an idea of what you need the website to do. If you do not have those things yet, we will help you figure it out. We do require a 25% deposit before work begins, with the remainder due on final delivery.
What if I am not happy with the result?
We keep going until you are. Every package includes revision rounds — unlimited on Premium. We have a midway check-in built into every project so there are no surprises at the end. If something is not right, we fix it. No arguments, no extra charge.
Do you offer support after launch?
Yes. Premium clients get monthly and annual checkups included. For Essential and Golden clients, we are always available for updates and improvements at fair rates — no inflated retainer packages. You will always have a direct line to us.
